flat rate:统一费率
what: 利息的是固定的，不管本金偿还多少
目前已经很少使用; 通常是 2倍
decline balance: 递减余额
what：利息随着余额而减少

估算: 总利息/贷款总额/2

- 先息后本: 9%
- 等额…: 18% 实际持有的金额平均只有一半
